Carvedilol drug is one of the effective beta blockers for preventing ventricular tachyarrhythmias in heart failure, but the mechanisms underlying its favorable antiarrhythmic benefits remain unclear. Spontaneous waves, also called store overload-induced release , evoke ventricular tachyarrhythmias in individuals with heart failure.
